In 1993 i concluded ‘Adieu, farewell, earths blisse’, a work for 2 voices and ensemble, with the image of an old priest who had just died.
He lies on a sleigh. It is extremely quiet, There are two reindeer in front of the sleigh, there is no driver, the reindeer are wearing sleighbells. They begin to walk and pull the sleigh up a vast white plane, ever further. They become a dot, then nothing, never seen back by anyone.

‘Alles is daar wit...’, a stripped, largely monophonous work built on the pedal point A.
It enters unnoticed, recounts, and then slowly withdraws.
Why shout if one can whisper?

The work has 2 versions: one with concert organ and one with portative organ.
